Kramers’ transitions in a double optical trap — Geometrical Optics
This video shows the Kramers’ transitions for a spherical particle (glass, np = 1.50, R = 1μm) in water (nm = 1.33) trapped by two highly focused beams whose focal points are located at a distance 1.7μm apart. The power of each trapping beam is equal to 0.25mW.
